Welcome to Santies Sunnyside Up!
Hi there. My name is Stefanie and I am so happy you have stumbled upon my blog. Here you can learn a little more about me and my blog! I have been a blogger on and off for most of my life, but I have never been able to stick with it. Santies Sunnyside Up was created in January of 2011 with the intent of changing my blogging habits. I challenged myself to a ‘post a week’, and so far, I think I’m off to a great start!
The other reason I created this blog was to document the life of my family and to share our experiences and hobbies. More often than not, I am finding myself posting about my food adventures in the kitchen. But from time to time I blog about our adventures (especially as the Pacific Northwest weather gets nicer) and topics that inspire me. I want you to leave feeling as inspired as I was while blogging and wanting to come back to read more.
So cozy on up, read through my posts and get to know a little more about us. I’m sure you won’t regret it!
Additional Information
I am a prime example of a ‘jack of all trades, master of none’! I love to try new things and dabble in many hobbies, but haven’t mastered any. I love to bake and have a passion for photography, but I have no formal training in either. Most of the posts on here won’t be perfect because I’m not a professional, but I hope that you can enjoy the journey with me. I have dedicated pages to my hobbies, so be sure to visit my Kitchen Bucket List and my Weekly Photo Challenge pages. This is where you can follow the progress of my hobbies. My Kitchen Bucket List page lists all the projects I want to tackle some day. And my Weekly Photo Challenge page is an on-going project – I joined the “Photo Friday” group and it is on this page that I post my contributions.
